COVID-19 has forced trustees & regents to quickly transition to new technology and virtual platforms as tools to conduct business. Though these new resources create opportunities for connectedness and engagement, trustees & regents must be considerate of the governance responsibilities associated with virtual meetings (i.e. Open Meetings Act, Texas Public Information Act, etc.).
