The annual Board of Trustees Institute brings together trustees and CEOs to focus on evidence-based inquiry and participate in guided discussions on how boards can support sustainable institutional change at scale. Through these conversations on governance, the Texas Success Center addresses board responsibilities such as reviewing policy, institutional visioning and strategic planning, and examining disaggregated data that reflect students’ experiences.
