Cohort 2 Timeline and Expectations
The participants will gather eight times over a 12-month period starting in June 2024. These gatherings will be a combination of two day in-person workshops (San Antonio June 2024, Fort Worth before the Pathways Institue November 2024, April 2025 at a location to be announced, and Central Texas location in June 2025) and virtual webinars (September, October, February and March). Participants will work as part of a team on a “Pathways Project” throughout the course of the Leadership Academy. There will be time for teams to advance their work at the in-person sessions, however, work outside these sessions may also be required.
