CCATT Webinar: House Bill 8 Rules for Fiscal Year 25

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) approved the fiscal year 2025 rules for House Bill 8 implementation at their Quarterly Board Meeting last month. In partnership with the Community College Standing Advisory Committee (CCSAC), THECB has refined the funding model and made changes in four major areas.
