As community college leaders prepare to welcome students back for the fall semester, they must be mindful of the equity gaps that have increased as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact of racial injustices on our students’ sense of belonging and well-being. To create a welcoming environment committed to student success during these trying times, college leaders must ensure that campus decisions do not come at the expense of equity and inclusion of our most vulnerable students. This webinar will address challenges and opportunities colleges face as they pursue equitable student outcomes among all student groups.
